Summary
This individual manages the relationship for one or more CSM’s customers. Responsible for providing total customer service in a cost efficient manner; assure order process flow to ensure customer satisfaction for prompt and accurate delivery of products.
Responsibilities
* Represents CSM as point person for Customer Service related actives * Monitors orders from the point of entry, shipping and delivery * Company/Customer advocate; manages order fulfillment to assure customer satisfaction * Liaison for sales; monitoring accounts and knowledgeable of customers needs * Work with support departments to resolve pricing issues * Work to resolve carrier issues, warehouse issues, and/or issues with supply chain * Ability to solve routine issues seen in industry, work toward more advanced issues. * Understand and adhere to policies and procedures * Data entry; sending confirmations on orders received via fax, phone, email * Process corrections or changes; communicating to customer, dock, logistics, etc as needed * Ensure accuracy of orders, including warehouse assignment and shipping terms * Timely and daily communication via phone and e-mail * Setup and follow through all customer returns * Process customer credits and debits to accounts receivable with notice to sales, traffic or warehouse personnel on issues related to their area. * Analyze reports (daily action reports, customer related order reports) * Facilitate request for technical service, complaints, inquires, or general communication * Customer updates to OLX customer master files * Keeps supervisor, management, sales team, and customer advised of all issues * Other duties as assigned by management
Ideal Candidate
**Skills/Experience:** * Availability to work beyond regular scheduled hours * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Computer proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP Systems) * Strong math and basic analytical skills * High level of accuracy in the manipulation and entry of data **Education:** High School Diploma required / College Degree preferred **Years of Experience:** Min 2 years customer service experience required
