• Distill complex requirements into simple, functional interfaces.
• Define the look, feel and future of CrowdFlower's platform.
• Improve the lives of tens of thousands of CrowdFlower contributors and clients by improving the interface they use everyday.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 yrs experience developing commercial web applications.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Backbone, Angular, or Ember)
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript & JQuery. When something breaks, you either know exactly why it broke, or can find out easily.
• At least one production-level web app in Ruby/Rails
• The ability to design new interfaces - thinking up a creative solution and being able to implement it effectively.

These are definite assets:

• An opinion about Web Components/ES6
• Experience with CoffeeScript, Webpack, Gulp.
• Experience with one or more of PostgreSql, Redis, AWS Services, Jira, Git, Confluence.
