Executive Producer

We are looking for an experienced producer to lead our in house video team in both advertising and online video production. The perfect producer will be experienced in working on jobs of all shapes and sizes and be comfortable running a crew and set themselves at times. The executive producer will work with our team of internal producers on a number of spots at any one time.

* Drive process on proposals & budgets, shoots, and post production * Coordinate production schedules between multiple external agencies and internal producers * Determine appropriate production solution and budget optimization for each spot * Streamline production process and vendor selection * Mentor and guide producers (not directly managing)

* Has a killer attention to detail * Is an organizational beast. When you go into crunch mode you make spreadsheets and check off to-do lists like nobody’s business * Has 7+ years of video producer experience, running sets big and small… not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved whenever needed * Communicates well. Is always looking to improve * Hits deadlines and builds consensus with stakeholders when tradeoffs are necessary * Demonstrated experience with TV commercial broadcast and online video successes * Deep understanding of all production processes from script and ideation to broadcast-ready deliverables * Can effortlessly juggle a team of in-house crew as well as contractors * Keeps production on-track and on-budget
