Summary
Collective Health is looking for a Solutions Consultant to build trusted relationships with the companies and teams that we serve through the sales process, and to partner with the Collective Health sales team. The ideal candidate will forge strong and lasting client relationships by leading with empathy and expertise, while conveying Collective Health’s core values of integrity, trust and transparency. The ideal candidate will also draw on and leverage deep subject matter expertise in employee health benefits to inform the company’s sales strategy and product development.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the field sales managers to develop and execute on sales strategies * Propose appropriate Collective Health solutions to client specific requirements * Deliver presentations and demonstrations on the Collective Health solutions and products * Assist in analyzing prospect needs regarding the benefit plan, provider networks, etc. * Respond to RFI/RFP’s as necessary * Build strong and lasting relationships with clients based on mutual trust and alignment of expectations * Listen to and work closely with prospects and customers, effectively acting as a liaison between the field and the Collective Health engineering and product teams. This includes documenting product requirements, competitive intelligence, and relaying prospect feedback
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of in-house health benefits management and/or health benefits consulting experience * Deep working knowledge of group health plan design and overall employee benefit design * Proven track record of success in building and scaling successful customer relationships * Impeccable verbal and written communication skills * Ability to demonstrate via phone/video conference * Demonstrated track record as a team player * Bachelors degree from a top tier university * A personal commitment and desire to improve the US healthcare system * Travel required (up to 50%)
