Associate General Ledger Manager

* Prepare monthly journal entries including accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed asset additions and depreciation, bank fees and other miscellaneous transactions. * Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis for accounts including cash, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, other assets and other liabilities. * Partner with different departments within the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenses and accruals. * Support internal and external audit requests as needed * Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports for filings * Perform other duties as assigned

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required * 7 to 12 years of professional accounting experience required * 2 to 4 years of public accounting experience preferred * Ability to prepare and record journal entries in accordance with GAAP * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel * Experience with Microsoft Great Plains Software, Workday Financials and Crystal Reports is a plus * Exceptional problem solving skills * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * A positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment
