What you will be working on

You’ll be making improvements to the GetFeedback product as well as the tools and systems that support it. This will require you to work with a wide variety of technologies. Your work will make an impact across the entire business– Product, Marketing, Sales and Support.You’ll also work with our support team on the trickiest issues and questions that come in, suggesting solutions and building product improvements. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success and happiness of our customers.

Requirements

Programming with Ruby or similar programming language Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL Web back-end development experience using Rails or equivalent framework Web front-end development experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Bonus points if you’ve worked with a JavaScript UI framework like Ember, Angular or Backbone
