Summary
We are seeking a bright, articulate, and entrepreneurial self-starter that will be instrumental in servicing our valued clients via our cutting edge web-based application. This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to contribute significantly and grow within the role. The ideal candidate brings a customer centric approach and attitude to both the smallest and greatest tasks at hand. You are our clients’ advocate and will be responsible for ensuring our clients are receiving the greatest value from the Caissa platform and from our team. You’ll work closely with our clients to make sure all needs are being met, increase adoption of the platform during implementation, offer ongoing training, and share relevant insights and best practices our clients can benefit from. You’ll also communicate insightful information learned in the process with Caissa’s leadership team, to help ensure our firm’s objectives are always aligned with our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement guidelines to enhance existing client relationships, increase overall adoption at early stages of implementation, and increase client satisfaction * Communicate with other Caissa departments (Business, Data, Engineering) to escalate any issues and share feedback * Assist in ongoing training for users of the Caissa platform * Manage and communicate client expectations and ensure all necessary parties are aware of those expectations * Craft a deep understanding of each client across all verticals we service * Plan, facilitate and execute regional user conferences * Handle and be responsible for the success of a designated subset of our clients * Ensure users are aware of new features when released and trained properly to benefit from them
Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years experience in a client-facing role or as a Customer Success Associate at an enterprise SaaS company * Genuine interest in finance and investment analytics. Experience with here is a plus. * Ability to build relationships and establish trust * Experience handling confidential data * Excellent integrity and moral compass * Comfortable working alone or in a team, collaborating with all Caissa departments * Ability to confidently and assertively bring attention to issues requiring it * Very strong communication skills * Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
