Summary
We are looking for a few exceptional people to add to our Account Management team as we accelerate our growth. If you’d like to be a part of it, we’ll need you to understand how to use project management software, Google Analytics, the Microsoft Office suite and the web platforms that sell, including Bing, Google, Facebook and Twitter. You communicate effortlessly with clients, writers and creative staff. You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Client Services or Paid Search experience with an emphasis on digital platforms. You yearn for a creative, collaborative environment where you can share the best of your knowledge while you learn about the latest online marketing trends and tactics. You’ll be the main point of contact with your clients, and you’ll also be managing a support team. You may need to travel at times and you will have a significant, measurable impact on your clients’ success. You’ll also learn to love the culinary delights that surround our office on Route 1 in Saugus, Massachusetts. (The best wings in the state are at Angela’s. Trust us on this.
Responsibilities
* Be the main day-to-day contact for a number of C-4 Analytics clients * Use Google Analytics and AdWords to review clients’ web traffic, pitch strategic campaigns and report on progress * Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from the initial campaign pitch, to campaign setup, execution, review and reporting * Requires ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure success * Campaigns include all aspects of paid search, website maintenance, social media and online reputation * Work with the Creative and Content teams to consistently improve client websites for optimal success and to better serve overall digital strategy * Work with third parties such as a web provider platform to make sure our strategies are carried out; follow up and escalate if something does not get done in a timely manner * Create client-facing monthly reports on all aspects of C-4 Analytics campaigns * Run weekly meetings to update clients on cumulative progress
Ideal Candidate
* Strong presentation skills * A strong positive attitude that resonates throughout the agency * A trusted digital advisor * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) * Strong familiarity with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter * Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) * Strong time-management and communication skills * Ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or related degree * 2-3 years of Marketing or Client Services experience preferred
