Summary
Responsible for implementing ongoing activities related to maintaining and developing value-added partnerships within key accounts.
Responsibilities
* Supports Sales Leadership in the management of sales, and relationships with key customers. * Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. * Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. * Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. * Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. * Supports a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for designated periods. * Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. * Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Company personnel. * Submit monthly and quarterly sales recaps outlining account activity. * Promote and provide excellent customer service with all customers.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field. * 5+ years’ experience in account management, with an emphasis on Customer Service. * Must be willing to travel
