RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and deliver personal sales and KPI targets by cultivating existing client relationships
- Execute all sales initiatives driven by the Burberry Private Clients Manager
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to the highest standard by adhering to all BPC policies and guidelines.
- Provide a luxury service experience and demonstrate expertise in styling and wardrobing.
- Be proactive in generating and executing group appointments
- Be efficient in following-up and delivering after-sales services to our top customers
- Work mostly “by appointment” to provide a personalized service and build relationships with our top clients to promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
- Demonstrate creativity in generating new business in the stores and increasing our top clients sales
- Proactively network to identify new local business opportunities
- Drive client cultivation in store by partnering with other sales associates across all departments
- Share client feedback and sales opportunities with line managers and Burberry Private Clients Manager
- Share best practices and knowledge with the Burberry Private Clients Corporate team
- Partner with Burberry Private Clients Manager to generate new business
- Experience in servicing luxury clients
- Experience in networking and building relationships
- Experience in dealing with local as well as multicultural clients
- A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
