Bluestone Lane is influenced from the renowned coffee culture hub of Melbourne Australia, where premium coffee is a way of life. We offer a refined product and are dedicated to producing the highest quality coffee and complimentary foods, delivered in an engaging and inviting way.

Bluestone Lane recreates the cafe culture of Melbourne by pairing premium coffee with flavourful, fresh and healthy food. We are currently looking for enthusiastic food lovers to join our growing team in the kitchen. The ability to work in a dynamic team environment, multitask, and communication effectively are all essential. Prior food preparation experience and/or food knowledge is highly beneficial.. Most important is a passion for food, creativity and providing a great hospitality experience.

• Executing all aspects of food service - preparing, cooking, portioning and delivering creative and well presented food to guests.
• Clearly communicating with kitchen staff, porters, floor staff, baristas and managers.
• Creating a hospitable atmosphere of professionalism, integrity, calm, cleanliness and efficiency.

• A high level/sense of hospitality and desire to provide great service (HQ).
• While those with cooking experience will be stronger candidates, cooking experience is not mandatory.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work under pressure and sometimes difficult environments, including high or low temperatures.
• New York City Food Handlers License
