We are looking for a Developer with strong server side skills to build our next generation of highly interactive marketing applications using the latest cutting-edge technologies. If you have proven skills developing ASP.NET MVC solutions and a passion for delivering well written and well tested code, we want to hear from you.
- Participate in daily stand-up, bi-weekly iteration planning and other as-needed face-to-face, audio- and/or video-teleconferencing sessions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design decisions and provide input in to all aspects of the system.
- Write clean code with good nomenclature, sensible tests and comments when necessary.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests.
- Implement new features, troubleshoot and fix bugs in C#.
- Become more cross-functional over time so that you can assist in other areas where needed: client-side development (HTML, JavaScript, Knockout, CSS), QA testing etc.

- Super talented, in a general way. On any given day, you may be adding a new feature to the system, tracking down a bug, changing some server side code, mining some data or pitching in on testing.
- Specifically talented in a programming way. You can instantly visualize solutions to problems big or small. If you’re this sort of person, you’ll know what I mean. If not then this position may not be for you.
- Know the why, not just the how. We know it works, but why does it work? Why did you choose this way?
- 3-5 years of industry experience
Skills:
- Strong web server side development skills using C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Experience using ORM technology (NHibernate, Entity Framework) to map against a relational store (SQL Server)
- Strong source code repository knowledge as well as branching strategies, nice to know Git.

- Agile(Scrum, XP)
- HTML5, CSS3
- Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development
- JavaScript/jQuery
- Document Database (RavenDB, Mongo, Couch, etc.)
