Senior .NET Developer

eMarketer is looking for a Senior Developer on our Media and Web properties. We are searching for highly engaged, passionate, top-tier developer with strong critical thinking skills to work on our high performing Scrum team. You will play a critical role on our Scrum team creating and enhancing our services.

We use all of the latest and greatest technologies that we can get our hands on, so we need new team members who are as excited about software development as we are. In a typical day, you will be working directly with your cross-functional Scrum team (developers, designers, testers), attending stand-up, kick-off meetings, coding new features and maintaining existing ones.

**Qualifications:** * Strong C# coding skills, and strong ASP.NET 4 experience * Understanding of Web Services and SOA best practices and messaging patterns (CQRS and NServiceBus experience preferred) * Advanced JavaScript experience, including client side MVVM technologies like Knockout/Angular/React/Aurelia * Enthusiasm for unit testing * Experience with Git source code management * Great communication and collaboration skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem solving skills **Additional, preferred qualifications include:** * Experience with MongoDB * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment * Experience in software architecture, design, and development * BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
