- Work with project manager, technical leads, business owners and analysts in all phases of the whole software development lifecycle, including: requirement gathering, application design, system development, testing and implementation. - Work with other development teams to design and build reusable technologies - Understand and support existing systems, including resolving operational issues while working with teams located across the globe - Ability to execute and communicate solutions

- 3+ years hands on experience with Java - 3+ years database experience (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, JDBC) - Experience with Hibernate and Spring - Experience working with Swing and designing UI components - Experience with object modeling and architecture - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Strong attention to details and thoroughness - Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Financial knowledge and interest strongly recommended
