• Work with project manager, technical leads, business owners and analysts in all phases of the whole software development lifecycle, including: requirement gathering, application design, system development, testing and implementation.
• Work with other development teams to design and build reusable technologies
• Understand and support existing systems, including resolving operational issues while working with teams located across the globe
• Ability to execute and communicate solutions

• 3+ years hands on experience with Java
• 3+ years database experience (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, JDBC)
• Experience with Hibernate and Spring
• Experience working with Swing and designing UI components
• Experience with object modeling and architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to details and thoroughness
• Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Financial knowledge and interest strongly recommended
