- Proactively selling the Autotask Services Automation Solution to the IT Service Provider market
- Maintaining a high level of outbound prospecting to build and manage a robust pipeline
- Delivering effective presentations and demonstrations to key decision makers
- Delivering accurate monthly sales forecast and reports
- Achieving monthly sales metrics and quotas
- Traveling within territory for high-potential accounts, plus trade shows
- Maintaining and build customer relationships during and after the sale
- Mentoring entry-level and junior sales representatives, providing coaching and feedback on sales processes and customer relationship management skills
- Developing your leadership and management skills to prepare for growth in our rapidly expanding organization
- 3-10 years B2B sales experience, preferably in a technology or software oriented business
- Highly motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- History of successful quota or sales objectives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Competitive, but team-focused and eager to aid in the success of your teammates
- Must be willing and able to travel to customer
