Full Stack Engineer

Appboy is looking for a full-stack developer to help on a multitude of projects ranging from APIs and message sending infrastructure to features on our dashboard.

You’ll work on the business logic and data visualizations used by our clients to communicate with their users, and tackle a variety of challenges around building an ultrafast application which sends hundreds of millions of messages based on billions of data points. The ideal candidate has great knowledge of server-side (such as Ruby or Python) and client-side (HTML, CSS, Javascript) languages and frameworks, and is prepared to use these skills for any project. They are also a self starter with great communication skills and have worked in a team environment before.

**Qualifications:** * Experience with server-side (e.g. Ruby, Python, Java) or client-side (e.g. HTML,CSS, Javascript) languages * Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and design * Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience **Bonus:** * Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Ruby on Rails or Coffeescript * Previous work at a start up * Background in machine learning, performance-tuning high-scale applications or building data visualizations
