Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager EHS&S, the Administrative Assistance, Health and Safety-is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative duties for the BNO Safety Team during Turnaround. **Key Tasks:** - Manage new contractor badges - Schedule contractors through emails - Maintain orientation schedule - Create contractors contact information in AgPass - Confirm contractors ID at off-site orientation building - Take and print pictures for the badges - Create the badge - Update paperwork with badge number - Update orientation tracking spreadsheet - Expected off-site time to be 6 days/week from 7 am to 10 am and 2 pm to 5 pm - Maintain off-site orientation building - Open/close of the building - Inventory of supplies - Security as needed (parking) - Work directly with building owner - General office duties - Filing - Daily input of contractors near misses in Incidenter - Assist with scanning JTO's - Permit auditing - Assist with trending daily scorecard data - Additional office duties as needed

Culture at Agrium is the core of everything we do and our candidate must be respectful of diverse opinions and views. **Qualifications** - This is a temporary position with an end date no later than the 15th of June, 2016 - Must be available for overtime as needed - Able to communicate with all level of personnel (verbal and written) - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new operating systems - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - Integrity - demonstrating in all our partnerships and uncompromising regard for respecting others, meeting commitments and communicating openly. - 2 + years in an administrative role in a manufacturing environment safety background preferred - Must be able to lift 25 pounds safely - High school diploma equivalent
