* Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while speaking with agents * Take insurance information from agents and process the information accurately * Process information from borrowers and lenders in the designated tracking system * Take calls from borrowers and lenders to provide them with effective solutions * Compose written data retrieved from customer's loan histories * Follow compliance and regulations of lenders while reviewing insurance policies * Conduct data entry and verify insurance information * Completed other administrative job duties as assigned

* Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/Data Entry experience * Ability to multitask * Basic computer skills- ability to toggle between systems
