ActivStyle, a growing medical supply company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Boston, MA office.
As a Customer Service Rep with ActivStyle you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and positively contribute to our culture and team.
- Actively engage in high volume outbound and inbound call efforts to obtain orders and provide solutions for current customers.
- Promote additional products when appropriate.
- Professionally articulates basic knowledge regarding products, pricing, shipping, and other information as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of scheduled delivery order by populating accurate information into the system.

Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with previous Call Center / Customer Service experience required.
- Previous Call Center or Medical Industry experience
- Pay is based on level of experience
