Summary
ActivStyle, a growing medical supply company in NE Minneapolis, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Call Center.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Rep with ActivStyle you will: * Provide exceptional customer service and positively contribute to our culture and team. * Actively engage in high volume outbound and inbound call efforts to obtain orders and provide solutions for current customers. * Promote additional products when appropriate. * Professionally articulates basic knowledge regarding products, pricing, shipping, and other information as needed.

An ability to generate a smile over the phone. **Required Experience** * High School Diploma or equivalent with previous Call Center / Customer Service experience required. * Previous Call Center or Medical Industry experience
