Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide overarching leadership for building and running our ongoing Operations Teams. This includes everything from maintaining our existing customer base through delivering excellent customer results and enabling an exceptional client experience, to driving a consistent and rewarding employee experience across our OperationsTeams. All while driving process efficiencies to deliver a profitable cost of service model. This role will lead and develop a team of leaders who will have accountability for the delivery of our client experience, the execution of our client processes, and ongoing leadership and development of our operations teams (Sr. Stewards, Stewards, and AHAs). To be successful in addition to the above points, this role will need to closely collaborate with the rest of the Operations Executive Team to define and create a world-class operations team that is positioned for exponential scale and delivering excellent client and customer results.
Responsibilities
**First year priorities:** * Gain a deep understanding of our existing operations model and continue to build a high-functioning Operations team who delivers on our our expected client, customer, and employee results. * Through the appropriate organizational alignment and process excellence position the team to be prepared for tremendous future growth and scale. * Develop a trusting relationship to effectively lead and develop our Operations Teams. * Form strong working relationships across the business (Clinical, Field Ops, Tech and Product) to further define and streamline our products and processes.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, Master’s Degree (preferred) * 7 - 10+ years of relevant, progressive experience that includes driving operational excellence and process improvement, as well as a demonstrated track record of successful people leadership and development * Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills * Solid business acumen; analytical and inquisitive * Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence * Ability to effectively collaborate and execute in a highly matrixed environment * Self-starter with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mindset and desire to add value
