The Media Group of Access Intelligence is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to be based out of our New York, NY office to assist with the marketing of our magazines, conferences, web sites, newsletters and ancillary products of our Folio: portfolio.
- Assisting in execution of marketing campaigns across online, print and other platforms
- Project-managing the development of creative pieces including banner ads, email templates, print ads, event brochures and other print and digital assets
- Managing email deployment and scheduling calendar
- Tracking and reporting on email campaign results
- Developing event and awards registration portals through third party systems
- Managing creation and execution of live presentations and other onsite event materials
- Coordinating event app content and design development with internal departments and outside vendors
- Supporting sales staff with project-management and fulfillment of advertiser packages including whitepapers, partner emails, reports
- Executing webinar planning and production with editorial staff and outside vendors
- Collaborating with sales and editorial staff on developing sales collateral and media kits
- Assisting external customers with product and event questions around content and processes
- Involvement in social media marketing initiatives
- Have 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing and/or events or related field
- Possess the ability to work within various portals and systems
- Have the ability to efficiently multi-task numerous projects simultaneously
- Have an understanding of website and email production components
- Be comfortable working with databases and CRM systems
- Be experienced with social media and email marketing
- Obtain strong communication skills
- Carry a can-do attitude
- Be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have strong customer service skills
- Thrive in a fun, challenging and fast-paced work environment
