- The Corporate Technical Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting efforts for multiple government contract and corporate positions
- Source, attract, and provide quality targeted candidates through significant proactive recruiting efforts
- Work directly with the Executive Management Team, Hiring Managers, Business Development and Proposal Managers to understand the current and priority hiring needs of the organization.
- Build and manage a candidate pipeline, collecting and tracking relevant recruiting data such as candidate availability, qualification/skillset updates, job location preferences, desired rate and rate flexibility, current role specifics, and referrals
- Build and manage a short-term/part-time employee pipeline with qualified candidates in a variety of Information Technology skillsets available to work on quick hit "surge" tasks for on-going and future contracts.
- Leverage social media and online resources to evaluate candidates’ fit with company culture, evangelize the company’s missions and values, and advertise open positions
- Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions and other recruiting activities
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings and prepare status reports to include metrics on recruiting effectiveness
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, expediting the interview timeline wherever possible
- Avoids legal challenges with understanding and adherence to legislative mandates, including local, state and federal laws as it relates to recruiting
- Assist with formatting and editing resumes for proposals and client submission
- Maintain Contingency Talent Pool and perform other job duties as assigned
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience, preferably for federal government contractors in the information technology industry for positions such as Java Developer, network engineer, Cyber Security and Business Analysts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, may require occasional travel to career fairs and other networking events
- Experienced with online resume/profile search platforms, tools and resources as well as Social Media and other networking sites
