Finance Analyst

These entry-level positions provide new or recent graduates with an excellent foundation in financial management, mathematical and statistical modeling, and technical tool creation within a multi-office business environment. These roles have the potential to offer significant career development and interaction with senior managers, including our CFO, CHRO, and office/regional leads.

**Financial Planning & Analysis** * Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports calculating profitability, utilization and efficiency of firm resources; * Forecast revenue/profit for ZS industries, practice areas, and markets; * Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data; * Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; * Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials; * Conduct ad hoc financial analysis support. **Client Financial Management** * Assist the CFM lead in supporting internal Client Teams and Client Service Lead (CSL); * Support large “in-flight” client projects, provide reporting & analysis on financial status and outlook; * Manage Revenue recognition, completion estimates, write-offs and margins; * Ensure project financial transactions including billings and collections are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.

* BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field, master’s degree welcomed; * Up to 3 years of relevant experience; * Strong software skills using MS Excel/VBA/macros and MS Access; * Demonstrated quantitative, data analysis and problem solving skills; * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask; * Curiosity for how a business performs and can improve; * Motivation, personal initiative and strong team skills.
