Finance Analyst / Client Financial Management

The Finance team is responsible for all ZS financial matters, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, accounts receivable, general ledger and tax. We seek a Finance Analyst/Client Financial Management to join our North American Headquarters in Evanston, IL. This entry-level position provides new or recent graduates with an excellent foundation in financial management within a multi-office business environment. Finance Associates/Client Financial Management are an instrumental part of the Client Financial Management team supporting our projects and client teams, providing a full range of financial management support from proposal stage and planning through final delivery to our clients. You will work closely with delivery teams and Client Principals.

- Work alongside the Client Financial Management Team leads in supporting Client Principals and Project Management Teams; - Engage with project teams, colleagues and clients to identify and resolve any financial issues relating to that client or project; - Support large 'in-flight' client projects. Provide reporting & analysis on financial status and outlook; - Engage effectively with resources at all levels within ZS and at our clients; - Manage Revenue recognition, completion estimates, write-offs and margins; - Ensure project financial transactions including billings and collections are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required; - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; - Strong attention to detail; - Judgment to know when to challenge something and when to lend support; - Motivated and proactive. High energy with a commitment to quality client service; - Ability to work closely with management teams whilst retaining objective and professional Finance perspective.
