Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Manage/mentor other Product Managers - Full life-cycle product management (from strategy/concept development to tactical execution). - Coordinate and expedite the development and introduction of new products by establishing timelines and tasking resources across various departments. - Provide hands on project management and actively manage project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome. Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on track. - Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers. - Write clear and concise requirements, user stories, prioritize development items, and coordinate schedules/milestones with Design and Engineering teams. - Work closely with Business Intelligence/Data teams to monitor and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements via analytics, trends, and user behaviors. - Measure and report results, track bugs, and define areas for constant enhancement and optimization. - Prepare effective written correspondence and present information to management and executive staff. - Research and identify new opportunities for Zoosk to further distinguish itself as a leader in the dating space.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: - Extensive experience (8+ years) creating documentation including business cases, functional specs, PRDs, and user stories. - Extensive experience with both web and mobile analytics platforms, including strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. - Technical/Computer Science degree a plus (preferred but not required). - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent presentation, meeting leader, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills. - Detail-oriented self-starter, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
