Ziegler is seeking a human resources specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. This role is ideal for an individual who has the desire to build experience in employment relations, onboarding, recruitment as well as learning and development in an entrepreneurial financial firm.

* Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, scheduling and paperwork * Manage and maintain all employee information including files, digital library and records in accordance with EEO, privacy, and related requirements * Act as HRIS system specialist including ongoing data maintenance, employee training, and reporting audits * Manage the firm’s recruitment, including interviews, screening, and coordinating with hiring Managers * Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues * Manage the firms learning and development initiatives. * Work with the HR Director on creating and revising company policies and procedures. * Ad-hoc projects as assigned

* Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field. * 3-5 years prior experience in human resources. * Excellent interviewing, verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills, high intuition and emotional intelligence. * Analytically minded and global thinker. * Proactive and eager to take on new projects.
