Ziegler Cat has an opening for a full-time Service Coordinator to help provide administrative support for the service team. We are looking for a dedicated employee with mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills to help support our growth.

• Support and assist Shop Supervisor in all service related functions
• Assist walk-in customers and answer phones
• Initiate, maintain, and close work orders
• Monitor and review all work orders daily, maintain related paperwork, and obtain necessary purchase order information
• Assist with warranty claims and review possible warranty jobs
• Provide assistance to technicians by reviewing hours, ordering parts, maintaining the library, and managing records on safety training, vehicle inspections, etc.
• Manage purchase orders, ensure proper coding, and maintain files
• Assist in parts warehouse as necessary
• Work collaboratively on a team

• High School Diploma required; 2-year degree preferred
• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude; experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive a plus
