Ziegler currently has an opening for a Network Administrator who will install, configure, and provide support for any hardware, software, network equipment, or any related computer systems.

* Microsoft Windows Servers * Cisco switches and routers * Cisco voice gateways * VMware vSphere and ESXi * NetApp storage systems * Aruba wireless network * Voice & data communications including T1's, ISP's, SIP, and analog lines * Riverbed Steelheads * Landesk Management Suite * Provide remote support via telephone or travel * Respond to alerts/outages, occasionally off-hours when required * Respond to support tickets for network issues * Off-hours projects occasionally

* 2yr degree in related field required * 2+ years in a corporate technical support position is strongly preferred * Technical knowledge of hardware, software and network systems * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Experience with the following desired: * Cisco routing and switching * Site-to-site VPN's using Cisco routers * Cisco voice servers * Cisco ASA firewalls * Active Directory * LANDesk Mangement Suite * Troubleshoot and resolve voice & data communications issues * Create images, software deployment, and management of client devices using Landesk
