Ziegler currently has an opening for a Lean Black Belt to manage continuous improvement processes as they relate to product support operations. This position will drive waste from the product support value streams while improving safety, velocity, and costs.

* Manage CPS and Six Sigma product support projects * Responsible for CPS training material development for leaders and employees * Lead and roll out the process for implementation across different facilities * Document the impact of improvements made to value streams and communicate this to management * Map processes, construct reports, track data and create presentations * Communicate advantages and overcome objections as necessary

* High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred * CPS and Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Experience in product support operations * Customer service and supervisory experience preferred * Strong PC knowledge with advanced MS Office skills * Clean driving record * Minimum physical requirements: * Push/pull up to 10 lbs * Lift/carry up to 10 lbs
