We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our growing Ag Sales team. The Ag Sales Territory Manager is responsible for developing relationships with farmers in the counties of Cottonwood, Watonwan, and Martin. This person represents the AGCO/ Challenger® product line, LEXION® combine line, Ag-Chem product line, as well as Ziegler’s used inventory. This position offers a base salary with uncapped commission and will be provided a company vehicle as well as the latest business technology.

* Serving as the first point of contact between the customer and Ziegler Ag Equipment * Developing trusting relationships with customers * Generating a high level of sales using professional sales techniques * Tracking activities and opportunities through CRM software * Developing and following defined sales strategies * Following and understanding industry trends * Becoming an expert in products and services offered * Providing demonstrations and providing state-of-the-art solutions

* Bachelor’s degree in business or agriculture-related field * Minimum of two years of successful sales experience selling Ag or related equipment * Strong mechanical aptitude * Proven approach for selling high value agricultural equipment * Strong agricultural background * Self motivated and success-oriented * Excellent communication skills * Clean driving record is a must * Able to drive equipment * Minimum physical requirements: * Push/pull up to 40 lbs * Lift/carry up to 40 lbs * Lift bulky objects
