* Enters Accounts Receivable data consisting of all incoming payments and adjustments affecting customer accounts * Reconciles incoming payments daily * Maintains ACH/EFT bank forms * Processes customer refunds * Occasionally enters and reconciles items in the general ledger * Maintains incoming cash documentation and associated supporting documents in system * Occasionally provides receptionist duties * Other duties and tasks as assigned

* High school diploma required, 4 year degree preferred * Accounts Receivable experience preferred * Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize * Highly motivated and conscientious * Able to work independently and also in a team environment
