How can we begin to describe a journey that has been... well, indescribable? It started innocently enough.

The Senior Accountant role will be responsible for the overall general accounting functions for Zaxby’s Franchising, Inc. Key duties may include: journal entries, GL maintenance, intercompany reconciliations, account reconciliations, development of accounting estimates, and allocations. This position will provide expertise in the areas above and provide support the various Zaxby’s entities.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Graduate degree or accounting certification a plus 2-4 years of finance or accounting experience Public accounting experience a plus Experience with restaurant finance or franchise finance a plus Candidate must be proficient with MS Office software. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Epicor, FRx and/or Lawson) a plus Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and interpersonal skills Candidate must have the ability to work independently, confidentially, be able to multi-task effectively, and proactively create and pursue objectives
