Senior CSE/Affiliates Coordinator

The year was 1999, and our founder Nick Swinmurn was walking around a mall in San Francisco looking for a pair of shoes. One store had the right style, but not the right color. Another store had the right color, but not the right size. Nick spent the next hour in the mall, walking from store to store, and finally went home empty-handed and frustrated.

Our awesome Marketing team is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented individual to help us drive growth in our affiliate and comparison shopping channels. As a member of the Direct Partnerships team you will help us recruit new websites and companies to partner with, optimize performance around key metrics, and overall help attract customers to shop on Zappos and 6PM.com.

• Strategic bidding of categories and products
• Management of data feeds and reporting pixels
• Daily updating of reports taken from various sources
• Daily monitoring of ROI and conversion across all partners
• Growing the affiliate programs
• Analyzing partnership performance
• Daily communication with account executives, third parties, and internal teams
• Supporting the department with various projects
• Educating oneself in various disciplines of Direct Marketing (SEO, paid search, CSE, Email, etc)
• Serve as a liaison with software engineers to create new tools and optimize product data feeds

• BS/BA preferably in finance/marketing
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to details
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Advanced Excel Skills or (Ability to progress quickly from Intermediate to Advanced)
• Online marketing experience
• Proactive and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with co-workers and account executives
• Desire to learn and grow within industry
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
• Strong negotiation skills
