**Responsibilities:** - Design sets of weekly promotional/hero messaging creative for the website and weekly promotional emails under short deadlines - Website skinning consistent with the website's style guide - Partner with other visual designers to create and grow the site of attribute based icon treatments - Execution of many yet unknown day-to-day web design needs that will certainly arise - A fair amount of illustration work may be required - Optimizing graphics for web consumption, less KBs is more. - Work hand in hand with our A/V team to create stunning motion graphics and crisp typography

**Qualifications:??** - Solid Adobe Creative Suite (CC) Skills primarily in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for print and whatnot - Motion graphics and animation experience is a HUGE plus - Master understanding of color, space, and typography - Eagle-esque eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics, and layouts for web - Well versed in development tradeoffs between speed, design, flexibility and the underlying page architecture. We like designers that understand this stuff - Ability to work/adjust in crazy fast-paced environment and keep forward thinking momentum - Passion for leading/inspiring creativity, cooperation and collaboration amongst team members - Problem-solving skills that translate business objectives into interactive application concepts - More picture-making.? ?
