Responsibilities
* Manage cross functional teams ranging from Technical Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Contractors and Vendors * Ability to manage multiple scrum teams. * Experience with Agile development. * Responsible for the system implementation/set up for selling an ad product, from sales, fulfillment and billing systems * Coordinates technical integration with cross-functional teams for the above systems with other platforms * Work directly with high level stakeholders to define requirements for both product and implementation * Manage risks, issues, and complex cross-project dependencies * Drive mitigation and contingency plans; and assess material impact based on program metrics and quantifiable data * Drive accountability for the accomplishment of deliverables, work packages and overall business solutions, including tracking of project progress and assessing project trade-offs across scope, timing, and resources * Serve as a communication hub for program status across various business units * Manage scope, deliver milestones, and ensure that all teams have the information needed to make informed decisions * Lead as an individual resource or subject matter specialist to cross-functional projects with regards to dates, risks, impact and schedules * Ability to manage direct reports if required.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 5 years working in Technical Project Management, with a focus on product development * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team * Proven track record in designing solutions, presenting alternative plans, reaching a consensus, controlling scope, and identifying business/execution impact of changes * Ability to think on their feet, adapt to changes, and help drive decisions and ownership * Positive attitude and ability to work with variety of personalities * Excellent communication and presentation skills for all audience levels (team members to executives) * Knowledge of SDLC and system integrations * Proven track record in managing large, cross functional teams across several locations * Ability to thrive at managing multiple projects, and when given a wide degree of latitude **Highly Desirable:** * Scrum Master Certification * Digital advertising products * Product catalogs, sales, fulfillment, and billing systems * Working with Sales, Operations, Training and Customer Service teams (as well as Engineering and Product Management) * Presentations and communications to executives, especially in a consulting role * Rolling out products to various channels * Process improvements and rollouts * Experience managing direct reports
