Summary
With a bright future in front of us, we are actively seeking talented and motivated sales professionals interested in selling our high end suite of advertising products. This position is responsible for contacting business customers on their premises for the sale and servicing of advertising across web, mobile & print platforms.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting new businesses and existing clients face-to–face, representing YP for the purpose of selling digital and print advertising products to local business customers. * Conducting research and selecting appropriate tools for client presentations to sell YP's high end suite of advertising products: digital express, YP.com, pay-per-click, video streaming, Yahoo banners/display ads, YP connect and print. * Accurately preparing forms, letters, and handling detailed paperwork and executing contracts for billing. * Handling an aggressive work schedule of daily sales contacts - ability to prioritize a
Ideal Candidate
* Account Management with commitment to develop new business. * <li One or more years of proven sales experience or related business degree. * Hunter Mentality – Cold calling/prospecting experience. * Technical/Internet Proficiency. * Though generally day hours, M-F, the nature of the business sometimes requires that they be contacted after normal business hours. * Personal auto used for business, liability and property damage insurance coverage. **Competency Profile** * Has worked with executive level decision makers conducting meetings to garner insight on the health of the business and where YP products and services can help increase their revenue/business * Candidate must be well spoken and proficient in communicating with all levels of management within a customer’s business model utilizing communication tools such as email, PowerPoint, Clearslide, email and phone calls. * Non-confrontational, win-win Problem solving ability. * Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. * Strong Organizational / Time management skills * Technologically Savvy in SFDC and MS Suite
