Responsibilities
- Project manager will support the launch of new hardware products by providing technical publications development support.
- Work with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to produce a variety of printed and online documentation (e.g., quick-start guides, demo guides, safety sheets).
- Draft SOWs for quotes, request purchase orders, prepare schedules, facilitate reviews, provide feedback on progress, and govern adherence to standards
- Manage the development of artwork and review of that artwork.
- Work with outside agencies
Ideal Candidate
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Technical publications experience
- Project Management experience
- Artwork Proofing experience
- Experience with collaboration tools like using Central Desktop, iMeet Collaboration tool, ProofHQ collaboration tool), etc.
