Document Control Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Elkton,VA.

- Coordinates and edits documents via established procedures - Publishes documents via established procedures - Maintains and ensures standard document knowledge & information practices within a physically central library and/or validated supported computer-based systems - Executes document management via cataloguing, classifying, circulating and maintaining documents - Responsible for records management of site published documents including managing record retention policies, practices and procedures - Codes, classifies, and catalogs published documents and other library materials based on subject matter or standard classification systems - Executing documentation-related reports - Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks in the document administration system - Master Index Maintenance - Moving documents from operations areas into the Document Repository

**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience with document management including revising complex Microsoft Word Documents - Experience using an enterprise content management (ECM) platform such as Documentum - Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices **Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:** - Preferred: Certificate/Associate's Degree/B.S or B.A. Degree - Proficiency with enterprise content management (ECM) platform (MIDAS) **The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:** - Experience with document management - Experience using an enterprise content management (ECM) platform such as Documentum
