Summary
We are searching for an Associate Software Engineer who can utilize their software development and systems engineer skills as part of our revolutionary Quality Assurance Guild. The right candidate will be motivated to solve quality and process challenges through tools and software development.
Responsibilities
* Be an active, thoughtful and vocal member of a cross functional team that delivers business value through software engineering. * Participate in kickoffs by evaluating new story work, contributing strategy, tools, and software for ensuring quality. * Contribute to Guild initiatives covering innovating areas of Software Development Lifecycle automation – including but not limited to deployment, testing, monitoring, and alerting automation. * Contribute to team maturity goals to make sprint goals regularly achievable * Participate in feature shadowing, training, and roll out discussions to deepen business understanding
Ideal Candidate
* Internship or school experience in software development and/or testing a requirement. * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Science, preferably C.S. * Proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, C, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.) * Demonstrated contributor to project in at least 1 particular programming area.
