Principal Product Manager - Yahoo Ad Manager

The Yahoo Mail mobile team owns and operates two of the most popular apps in the world, for millions of people daily. The apps are vital to the company's success and are relied upon by people for critical tasks every day. You will be responsible for Ad Manager, the interface that our advertisers are using in order to manage their Gemini Campaigns. You will work closely with Engineers, Sales, Marketing as well as other Product Managers in order to improve the core interface while enabling new advertising initiatives like Video, App installs, Search and others. You have broad understanding of the advertising industry and can relate to the needs of the different types of advertisers. You deeply care for user experience and are passionate about building products that users love. You are great executor and can manage multiple initiatives concurrently

* Engage with customers and sales to understand the pain points in our product. Complement this qualitative feedback with satisfaction surveys and other quantitative input * Work with other Product Managers to understand the different advertising initiatives they are trying to roll out * Work with designers and engineers to design product experience that support the different advertising initiatives, while improving the overall usability of the platform. Translate this work into clear product requirements * Prioritize the different initiatives, and push for aggressive execution from development to go to market

* 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with products that have big UI components * B2B or advertising experience is a big plus * Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and work in a fast paced environment
