* The ability to analyze complex system configuration. * Identify business processes to improve inpatient workflow; make recommendations to project leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * The ability to document current state workflow; configure system based on organizational requirements, document build processes and participate in product testing. * The ability to create testing scenarios based on current state workflow processes; troubleshoot issues and report findings to leadership as appropriate. * The ability to analyze, build and design tools (navigators, smart tools, smart forms, notewriter) to improve end user satisfaction.

* 3-5 years’ experience working with Epic. * Current Epic ADT/Prelude Certification with_at least 1 year of_hands on build experience. * Actively participated in all phases of the ADT/Prelude Implementation (Design, Build, Validate, Implement, Optimization). * The ability to work collaboratively with teams of all sizes. * The ability to multitask complex work assignments. * Exceptional communication skills, professional image, confidence in dealing with complex business situations.
