Summary
Serve as client’s partner and chief source of insight on product roadmap, product design/development, and go to market strategy.
Responsibilities
* Champion client vision, goals and KPIs across product development through release and continued optimization * Understand and develop for the client’s business model, market needs, and creative/technical requirements * Understand business challenges, find solutions and define requirements collaboratively with the client and Product team * Partner with design, development and delivery on development planning, prototyping, implementation and release * Be an expert on user needs and collaborate with the Product team to generate success for the client by providing value to the user * Own the roadmap and feature/epic definition, and drive Agile processes * Communicate ongoing updates to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with product status/change * Own prioritization of the backlog for new feature development and optimization * Collaboratively own and prioritize the backlog of experiments (qualitative/quantitative research, A/B testing) with product designers, analysts and strategists * Lead identification of appropriate success/testing metrics for new features, experiments and optimizations
Ideal Candidate
* You have 3-4 years as a product manager on successful B2B or B2C digital products * You have the ability and passion to drive innovative creative solutions in both experience design and technology * You are comfortable using BI tools * You know and love Agile development processes and Lean market validation techniques * You can think macro on roadmap and business needs and micro on day-to-day product design and development * You are a self-starter, knowing how to build just enough structure and process for a rapidly growing agency * You are confident presenting ideas and work to internal and external stakeholders * You flawlessly manage tight timelines and client budgets * You can get things done and still be fun to work with **Bonus points for:** * Experience at a tech company and/or a rapidly evolving agency * Experience managing or building content experiences and platforms * Experience with back-end systems, API-driven integrations or data exchanges * Experience managing or mentoring other product managers
