Established Nonprofit Educational Organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience in managing creative projects to join their team. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred! The Project Manager for the organization will be responsible for the on time execution of all creative projects. This person will work cross-collaboratively across many different departments and assist with the execution of all digital-focused projects.

* Support both Manager and Specialists in the execution of all digital projects * Work closely with design, creative, strategy, content and digital teams to ensure resources are in place * Scope project efforts and budgets for website and email projects with a clear understanding of KPI’s * Proof all materials and obtain appropriate approvals * Communicate project updates as needed

* Experience managing and working across creative projects * Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects at any given time * Self –starter with strong attention to detail * 5 years of experience executing projects (preferably within a healthcare company) * Proven track record leading teams and managing clients in a creative environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook)
