Full-Time Customer Service Retail Inventory Manager

WIS International, a premier global inventory and merchandising provider, seeks a full-time, entry-level retail Inventory Manager to join our team. Retail, supervisory, inventory and warehouse experience is a plus! Our business is growing and we need several new managers to service our high profile retail clients!

• Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Work with a high level of autonomy at our customers’ locations with your team of Inventory Counters.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inventory Counters.
• Provide world class customer service to both new and existing retail customers.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with retail customers.

• A Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• A desire to learn the inventory business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, self management and goal setting skills.
• Ability to build a highly successful and dedicated team.
• A high level of computer literacy.
• Current and uninterrupted licensed driving experience for the previous 5 years without accidents or driving infractions in the last 24 months.
