To maintain and provide office services of all Wilton Locations.

* Make daily schedule pick-up and delivery of packages throughout the facilities. * Pick-up and delivery of packages off-premises assist in office re-configurations. * Maintain paper supply and empty recycling bins throughout the facilities. * Distributes coffee supplies throughout the facility. * Maintains central inventory of supplies and communicates with vendor to resolve equipment problems. * Work outside during adverse weather conditions i.e. snow removal, watering plants, when needed. * Running errands, as needed, for various departments. * Cross train and back up in the areas of mail room, switchboard and copy center. * Communicate effectively within the organization, with business units throughout the company, and with partners across the supply chain. * Maintain work area clean and organize * Must meet OSHA and company requirements for MHE training and certification * Ensure compliance with safety procedures * Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

* Valid driver’s license and good driving record * Fork lift operation experience * Skills with basic hand tools * Ability to continuously stand or walk * Ability to bend, squat, push and lift frequently * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance occasionally, and up to 50 lbs. frequently * Requires good judgment and decision-making ability in a fast pace environment * Be able to identify priority work and work independently * Participation in overtime is required.
