Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for managing complex Agile software development projects to completion. You will coordinate the activities of multiple cross-functional teams to complete projects in support of Walmart eCommerce’s business strategy and objectives. This position is in Strati/Platform group which builds Application Foundation for various applications and services across Walmart.

* Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans * Develops project management processes and practices * Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity * Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions * Interacts with key Product Owners, Engineering/QE teams, and other project team members to deliver projects and initiatives in support of business objectives * Support multiple Agile teams through the various Agile ceremonies, acting as Scrum Master * Concurrently support multiple complex projects/programs in an Agile environment * Provide status reflecting current activities as well as dependencies and impediments and work through blockers to keep teams moving forward * Support projects in geographically distributed teams, potentially including third-party vendors * Works with Product and Engineering managers to plan, execute and deliver projects/programs on time * Works collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders to drive resolution of project issues.

**Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field and 2 years’ experience in full life cycle project management or related field * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Facilitation/Meeting management skills * Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience * Strong experience with Agile Project Management **Additional Preferred Qualifications** * Certified Scrum Master (CSM). * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * 2+ years of hands on Agile experience * 2+ years hands-on experience developing software with Scrum methodology. * Solid experience managing multiple dependencies * Experience in using JIRA/Confluence
