Community Sourcing Coordinator

We are looking for a Community Sourcing Coordinator to promote our company and provide a continuous flow of candidates to our recruiting teams. This position is fast paced and you will be joining a cohesive team with both a strong local and national presence. Position is based in the Irving, TX office but will spend a significant amount of time in the community with a heavy focus on the Richardson/North Dallas area.

• Partner with the recruiting team and managers to determine which requisitions need the most assistance and create a sourcing priority based on those results
• Serve as the organization's liaison with various diversity organizations within the DFW market
• ncover active and passive candidates through existing and new sources - including job fairs, online job boards, university recruiting, partnering with local businesses, seasonal/job-related events/conventions and more
• Promotes the company and job opportunities through distributing flyers and signs and attending job fairs
• Track and report out monthly on activities and results: new sources developed/events attended, applicant flow, results by recruiting source and ROI
• Leverage social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+) to attract a pipeline of passive candidates
