Front-End Software Engineer

VoiceBase is a rapidly growing, well-funded, startup in downtown San Francisco and an industry leader in speech analytics. Clients like Twilio, Nasdaq, and C-Span are already optimizing their sales through VoiceBase enabled, predictive insights. Business intelligence and analytics is going to be a 20 billion dollar industry by 2018 and is already one of the most profitable, fastest growing sectors of tech.

User experiences that bring the full power of VoiceBase speech analytics to non-technical users in small and medium businesses - no code required. You will work closely with other engineers and product management to provide the face of VoiceBase. You will research and implement highly usable data visualization and pick the right frameworks and libraries to get the job done well. A seasoned JavaScript engineer who loves to build Single Page Applications and cares deeply about great user experiences. You have a mindset beyond "JavaScript fatigue" - you know lots of tools and are not afraid to use them. You have production experience with Reactjs and can hit the ground running.

* Building user experiences you are proud to show to your friends * Writing beautiful modern JavaScript (ES6/7) code * Picking frameworks and libraries that get the job done * Working with peers who provide direct and open design feedback * Getting your work in production and into customers' hands... every two weeks

* Must have experience with Reactjs and Redux * Track-record of creating apps that work against a well-designed REST API * Proficiency in Babel, Webpack, npm, Grunt, and Unit Testing for continuous integration (mocha/chai/karma/phantom/whatever) **If you have these skills, that's awesome, but not required:** * You can be your own designer when called for * Data visualization, audio/visual UX, and animation * Team and project leadership
