Summary
The primary function of this position is to prepare and provide all financial/analytical reporting requirements for company’s partner contract relationships. This is a high profile position requiring an elevated degree of accuracy, responsiveness and collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Prepares and distributes monthly partner revenue reports based on individual contract requirements and revenue forecasting trends. * Calculates and distributes monthly partner commission reports based on individual contract revenue share requirements. * Communicates partner commission trends to FP&A for cash flow management. * Acts as primary contact for all partner related financial requests. * Takes an active role assisting all levels of management with the annual budget process. * Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models based on current and historical data trends as needed. * Documents processes and identifies areas for internal controls. * Improve efficiencies by looking for opportunities to replace manual processes with improved systems and automation. * Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization. * Prepares, distributes and audits the monthly sales commissions for all employees. * Close liaison with all of finance, especially FP&A and executive management. * Provide back up to other roles in finance as necessary.
Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or business. * Minimum of three to five years of accounting/finance work experience required. * Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization. * Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite products, especially Excel. * Must be committed to enforcing all company policies. * Must be able to manage multiple priorities, be self-motivating, enthusiastic and diplomatic. * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone, in writing, and in person. * Ability to present information effectively to all levels within and outside the company.
